You will represent the company as a trusted authority in discussions with prospects, helping them understand how our solutions address their challenges and create value. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape our services, leveraging data insights, market trends, and emerging fraud patterns. In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective customers through proofs of concept, data analysis, and consultation to ensure their seamless adoption and success with Fideo’s services.

Additionally, you’ll lead demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase Fideo’s capabilities while supporting technical inquiries and developing resources like documentation to empower our customers. Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively explore and analyze data sources to identify opportunities for product development and fraud detection improvements.
  • Recommend, source, test, and integrate new data to enhance Fideo’s offerings and inform strategic priorities.
