The Role:
We are looking for someone to join Fideo as a Senior Account Executive who will drive revenue growth in the growing Identity Verification and Fraud space. Take ownership of the full sales cycle from start to close with a focus on driving new business revenue within target accounts. This role is intended for an experienced SaaS sales professional with a proven background of quarterbacking multiple internal resources toward successfully closing complex engagements. Your Responsibilities:
- Full execution of a 6-12 month sales process from discovery to close
- Become an expert in Fideo’s comprehensive Identity Verification and Fraud product suite for the ultimate consultative experience for your customers
- Leverage your own network for lead and pipeline development
- Utilize strategic and tactical outbound approaches to nurture and expand new target accounts
- Ensure a current and organized pipeline that supports data-driven decision-making via Salesforce

- Achieving and consistently surpassing quarterly performance targets.
- Demonstrating a proven history of effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Displaying a strong willingness to handle diverse responsibilities throughout the day.
- Provide input to GTM strategies in collaboration with internal teams
Your Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of strong, proven experience selling a complex SaaS product in the Identity Verification & Fraud space
- Experience managing a complex 6-12 month enterprise-level sales cycle
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota production as an individual contributor
- Consultative selling approach to S/VP and Director level personas
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to independently lead presentations, demos, and deal negotiations.
- Strong technical and business acumen with a genuine interest in what we do, and how we do it
- Ability to lead cross-functional teammates in complex new business engagements to orchestrate a smooth selling process
- Willing to travel to meet with prospects and clients and attend conferences; likely 1-2 trips per quarter

Compensation and Benefits:
- $125,000 - $150,000 base plus commission, company-based bonus plan, and equity.

We are looking for an experienced partnership executive with a demonstrable record of success to grow our channel partner programs. The candidate should also be capable and comfortable with direct sales to end users of our products. The Senior Partnership Account Executive will be responsible for evaluating and improving our processes for finding and managing partners and defining program objectives and timelines. You will be charged with establishing repeatable, data-driven practices, and overseeing a program that continually drives meaningful revenue and retention. This role has the latitude to take ownership of the full sales cycle with direct customers, with a focus on driving new business revenue with target accounts. This role is intended for an experienced SaaS sales professional with a proven background of quarterbacking multiple internal resources toward successfully closing complex engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team members (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
- Evaluate and improve our processes for finding, managing, prioritizing, and monetizing partners
- Have a deep understanding of our 2 products, value propositions, competitive landscape, and the role of partners in driving success
- Develop, monitor, and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles, and practices to continuously improve results
- Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management
- Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
- Attend conferences to meet with current and prospective partners, as well as their end customers
- With direct sales opportunities, responsible for the execution of the full sales cycle
Requirements:
- 10+ years of partnership development experience in financial services, specifically working with credit unions, community and regional banks, fintech providers, processors, payment providers, and program managers
- Experience working with Alloy a plus
- Proven track record of overseeing a SaaS partnership program that drives substantial revenue
- Deep knowledge of our ecosystem with extensive personal networks in the ecosystem
- Strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy
- Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to report and explain objectives and results, and present to executives, and relevant strategic partners
- Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization
