Michelle leads HR strategy, using her extensive people-based experience to nurture a healthy and thriving organization.

Michelle Warren is the Vice President of Human Resources and leads Fideo’s HR operations. Her innate ability to connect with employees across different teams and backgrounds bolsters organizational health, employee engagement, and team productivity.

With a PHR, SHRM-CP, master’s degree in strategic human resources, and 18+ years of experience in strategy, total rewards, and employee engagement, Michelle has cultivated a wide breadth of human resources expertise. She has a talent for analyzing and revitalizing existing systems with an employee-centered growth strategy focusing on connection and retention.

Prior to Fideo, Michelle served as Director of Talent Management at Mercy Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to affordable housing and community inclusion. There, Michelle was integral in successfully integrating 200 employees following an acquisition, reducing turnover by focusing on executive coaching and counseling, and championing the Mercy Housing mission statement and value alignment. Her professional history also includes time with ShopAtHome.com, Ontrac, and Global Water Resources, all in a human resources capacity.

Michelle describes herself as a passionate and fun leader. She is proud to have successfully completed five levels of improv classes at the Bovine School of Improv. Michelle lives in Colorado with her husband and two dogs.
